David Morrow- President

This is David's second and final year of his two-year tenure as president. David is very passionate about the success of PTO and the role the organization plays in North Bay's acheivement as a top school in Mississippi. He has been a PTO board member for 3 years at North Bay, his first year as 2nd VP. David and his wife Laura have two children currently attending North Bay- Parker and Brooke, twins in the second grade; their older sister, Madison is a junior at Biloxi High.
Stacey Butera- VP

Stacey has been an active PTO member over the last four years. She has a son Jacob in 5th grade and a daughter Abby, in 2nd grade. After becoming a stay-at-home-mom last year, you will regularly see Stacey substitute teaching throughout the year. The role of VP oversees hospitality activities, Christmas Corner & events and North Bay Night Out.
Laura Morrow- 2nd VP

Laura has agreed to take on the arguious task as our fearless fundraiser. This is Laura's second year as a PTO Board Member and PTO First Lady. Her two youngest children, Brooke & Parker, are in the second grade.
Gina Tompkins- Treasurer

Gina has two children, Emma in 6th grade and Jackson who attends North Bay in 1st grade. Gina is past-president, who has taken care of the banking and bookkeeping for the organization since last year.
Allison Sala- Secretary

This is Allison's first year as a PTO member and her children's; Laney, 2nd grade and Tucker, 1st grade, first year at North Bay. Among the laundry list of responsibilities, Allison spear-heads Winn-Dixie Community Pals, records & disseminates meeting minutes and assists with communications.
Gwen Shoemaker- Teacher Representative

This is Mrs. Shoemaker's second year as a teacher at North Bay and 3rd year as a North Bay parent. Gwen's daughter Savannah is a 2nd grader at North Bay. Gwen is a valuable asset to the PTO as well as the North bay staff and PTO is excited to work with her this year.

Mother of two boys, both at NB, Christine balances a career, family, and NB PTO! After 3 yrs. in Hospitality, this year she is introducing the Information Network Committee – Hoping to get parents & teachers “IN the loop”!
Kim Gill- Member at Large

Kim is a veteran member and began her reign with PTO (formerly PTA) as North Bay opened its doors. She has fulfilled various roles throughout the years and PTO refers to her for her experience. Kim's youngest child, Katie, attends North Bay in the second grade; her sons Tyler and Trent attend BHS and Biloxi JH, respectively.
Michelle Harbison- Communiciations

This is Michelle's second year on the PTO Board and third year as a PTO member. Both of her children attend North Bay; Cole in 2nd grade and Ashlyn in kindergarten. Her primary focus this year is to utilize her marketing & advertising background to provide current, relative and easily accessible information about activities, achievements & opportunities to parents.
Kim Kerr-Knott- Hospitality

Kimberly is a non-practicing physician who separated from the Air Force in 2008. She is now more involved in school activities since and is currently a stay-at-home mom of her son Charles, a fifth-grader. Kimberly is co-chair of the hospitality committee, which is responsible for showing appreciation for our teachers and community. She is looking forward to meeting and working with other parents who want to participate in school events.
Amie Meador- Membership

Amie Meador, mother of Quentin and Madeline Meador, is this year's PTO Board Membership Chair. As a former elementary school teacher in Biloxi she has witnessed the success that occurs when students, parents, and teachers work together with one goal in mind--SUCCESS. Alicia Parker- Fundraising
Alicia Parker joined the PTO Board mid-year last year as fundraising co-chair. Alicia is mother to Peyton, who is in 2nd grade this year.
Cherie Prentiss- Hospitality

Cherie's welcoming smile and pleasant attitude are a perfect fit for her role as hospitality co-chair. Cherie has 4 daughters, three of them currently attending North Bay. Cherie's education and experience is in music education; when she isn't "playing mom" she operates a home-based business teaching music to toddlers and preschoolers and is musical director for a local church.
Natalie Seymour- Spirit

This is Natalie’s first year on the PTO Board. As Spirit Chair, she is responsible for the sale of t-shirts, yard signs, hats, visors, and various other items that show school spirit. Natalie’s son, Peyton, is a 5th grader this year at North Bay.
